As social commerce continues to be a big part of our social landscape, TikTok has partnered with Shopify to help more than one million merchants reach highly engaged audiences and drive sales by tapping into TikTok’s global scale.
The partnership will enable Shopify merchants to run advertising on TikTok, which they can create within the Shopify dashboard. This another step towards facilitating sales on the TikTok channels, which is a key area of growth for the app.

For Shopify merchants could be enticing, TikTok claims around half of its users have indicated that they discover new products through advertisement posted by a product or brand on TikTok.
